• Ask for an estimation or taxation by our expert at our premises, free and without obligation (by appointment), by e-mail (with 1 or more photographs of the items included), or by appointment at your premises for important items or collections.
  • You will receive a consignment form of the items (listing them one by one) that you entrust to us to be put on auction.
  • From this moment on, the items are covered by insurance, to the amount of their estimation, and at the expense of the auction house.
  • When an item is sold, a commission fee of 15% of the hammer price is charged (incl. all costs: description, insurance, storage, photography, VAT, …).
  • No commission fee is charged when an item remains unsold.
  • The net result is paid out to the depositor / seller between 4 and 6 weeks after the auction, and insofar as the buyer has settled his account. The payment can be made cash, up to a maximum amount of € 3.000,00 or by bank transfer to your bank account.
  • Arenberg Auctions ensures full discretion during all the proceedings, in accordance with the deontological code of the Chambre Royale Belgo-Luxembourgeoise des Salles de Ventes.
