Ask for an estimation or taxation by our expert at our premises, free and without obligation (by appointment), by e-mail (with 1 or more photographs of the items included), or by appointment at your premises for important items or collections.
You will receive a consignment form of the items (listing them one by one) that you entrust to us to be put on auction.
From this moment on, the items are covered by insurance, to the amount of their estimation, and at the expense of the auction house.
When an item is sold, a commission fee of 15% of the hammer price is charged (incl. all costs: description, insurance, storage, photography, VAT, …).
No commission fee is charged when an item remains unsold.
The net result is paid out to the depositor / seller between 4 and 6 weeks after the auction, and insofar as the buyer has settled his account. The payment can be made cash, up to a maximum amount of € 3.000,00 or by bank transfer to your bank account.
Arenberg Auctions ensures full discretion during all the proceedings, in accordance with the deontological code of the Chambre Royale Belgo-Luxembourgeoise des Salles de Ventes.
